It all starts with the dough. Flour, water, yeast, salt, and time - that's it. A long 3-day ferment ensures that our dough is fully flavored and airy.
Only the finest ingredients including homemade mozzarella, locally farmed mushrooms, and fresh seasonal produce are used to create our menu of unique and mouth-watering pizzas that are baked on-site in our high-temperature mobile oven.
